SHELLEY SCHWAB
Everyone in Fort Wayne knows Shelley or feels like they always have within five minutes. Since taking this position in 2006, she spends most of her considerable energy calling everyone asking for their time to help out. BAILEY ROE
I am a Fort Wayne native and graduated Purdue Fort Wayne with a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership/Supervision. I am a proud supporter of BBBS, so I am naturally excited to join the BBBS team and become more active in the community while helping to impact our youth. I am a dog fanatic, proud Aunt, and I spend most of my time hanging out with friends and family.
RANDI BEBOUT
I graduated from Ball State University in 2020 with a degree in Human Resource Management. After graduation, I spent 9 months in Estes Park, Colorado for an internship with the YMCA of the Rockies. Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, reading, going on walks, and spending time outdoors. A fun fact about me is my brother and I are trying to visit all 63 national parks.

ANNE CASTEEN
Anne Casteen is a native of Fort Wayne. After graduating from Purdue University, she worked in Chicago for a few years, before settling in Southern California for most of her adult life. In her free time, Anne enjoys attending school and sporting events in which her nieces & nephews are involved. She is President of her Neighborhood Association, an occasional blogger, and loves to ride her bike and walk. Anne is obsessive about organizing, is the family dog sitter, and is confident she can tackle any stubborn stain or laundry mishap. Her favorite podcast is Smartless.
TAMMY SMITH
I have lived in Warsaw my entire life. My husband and I are new empty nesters and I’m anxiously awaiting grand babies. Until then, the love of my life is our rescue German Shepherd, Marshall. I have worked in nonprofit my entire adult life and I love the impact it makes. I have been a Big Sister for over 8 years and know firsthand the impact this program has on kids. I can’t wait to grow the program in Kosciusko!
ASHLEY ROBERTSON
BBBS gives me an outlet to use my skills gained from Purdue University and fulfills my passion for helping others. My husband, Ryan, and I have been a Big Couple for 5-plus years. We also have two little ones of our own, Ryley and Reagan. We love sports and are huge foodies!

As a Big for around 7 years starting in high school, I’ve always been around the mission. Getting an internship that led to a full-time job here was natural. Outside of work, I like to play video games, occasionally attempt to exercise and watch Netflix with my dog Fozzy. My favorite color is purple.
JAKE SCHULTHEIS
I graduated IPFW (when it was still IPFW) with a double major in Graphic Design and Animation. I have a decade of graphic design and video experience and have helped build the marketing department at Big Brothers Big Sisters. According to Shelley, I’m the magician who presses a button and makes everything look pretty. I recently became a Big to my Little Brother Levi!!
PHONG DANG
I graduated from Indiana Tech in 2022 with a degree in Graphic Design and a huge passion to create things spontaneously! After being an intern at BBBS, I am happy to be assisting the development team in expanding their presence in the local area! A huge lover of video games, curating Spotify playlists, and learning K-Pop dances in my free time. Come see me perform annually at the local Fort Wayne Korea Festival sometimes!
REGGIE TELEMAQUE
I am a recent Computer Information Systems graduate from the University of Saint Francis class of 2023 (#GoCougs), where I am a part-time Director of Creative for the Athletics department. I have a lovely wife, Victoria, and two dogs, Boss (Great Dane) and Ruby (Husky Pit Mix). We recently added a beautiful baby girl named Renly to the family!!!
VICTORIA CORTEZ
I graduated from Purdue Fort Wayne with an English major and a minor in Psychology. I like to read and watch mystery novels and movies, some favorites include The Murder of Roger Ackroyd and The Lady Vanishes. In my free time, I also like to paint nails.
