A lifetime Fort Wayne resident, Nicole played golf and softball at Notre Dame College before graduating from Purdue with a degree in organizational leadership and supervision. She volunteers for many local non-profits, and she and husband Chris have daughter Madeline and son Henry and two dogs.
Always a charismatic, people person, since graduating from Ball State University I have worked in human services, first in law enforcement and now in social work and training. I enjoy helping support people so they can be the best versions of themselves as I too learn to do the same.
I began working at BBBS at age 18 as I was inspired to give back to the agency because so much was given to me through the program. My Big showed me the true meaning of love through her constant support and encouragement. For that, I owe the agency as much as I can give.
Graduating from college, I wanted a position working with youth in a positive manner. Over half of my life has been here at BBBS! I have four children – Hanna 21, Corey 13, Laini (the dog) 11, and Ellie (the other dog) age 21 months I love that I’m able to work for an agency with youth and volunteers.
A graduate of Bishop Luers High School, I went to IPFW a little bit for Human Services and worked as a Pizza Hut server for 10 years. I started at Big Brothers Big Sisters at the beginning of November and have loved every minute of it. My favorite color is purple, I love to read everything and I have three fat cats.
A Fort Wayne-native, I received my Human Services degree from Purdue Fort Wayne in December 2017. I’ve always had a passion for helping children thrive no matter their circumstances, and BBBS was just the place for me. I enjoy binging Criminal Minds, spending time with my family and my Little, and shopping.
Born and raised in Fort Wayne, returning after graduation, and COVID making me. Blessed to have 3 pet children Gari, Kevin, and Arthur who occupy most of my free time. I have had a passion for working with kids and helping them reach their full potential. Working at BBBS helps me ignite that passion.
After graduating from Ball State in 2019, I worked with Fort Wayne families as a case manager and I came to BBBS to continue this line of work. I love spending time with my black cat, Olive, and watching bad movies.
I graduated from Indiana University with degrees in sociology and women’s studies. I love that my job allows me to help so many people within my own community. I like spending most of my time with my two black cats, Gucci and Goose.
Bio: A Grace College graduate with a strong value for a healthy community, my roots are Wisconsin, but my heart is here. With youth development experience in various settings, I value cultivating relationships to fuel the potential of youth at BBBS. I enjoy hammocking, movie nights in, and my dogs. On Wisconsin!

Graduating from Ball State in 2017, I spent 3 years working as a mental health case manager, recently making the jump to BBBS. I enjoy talking to so many people every day and helping them as much as I can. My favorite color is DARK purple, My 2 Beagles are my best friends, and I love Grey’s Anatomy!
I enjoy making people laugh and spending time with my 3 children; Melanie, AJ and Ryne. Falling in love with BBBS at a young age and all they offer I’m excited to help the Littles grow and reach their full potential while building a life they are proud of.
Blessed by my beloved kitten, Tater-tot, who just so happens to be one of the cutest little demons you have ever seen. A student at Purdue Fort Wayne majoring in Human Services, I came to BBBS because I can contribute to my community by doing what I am passionate about -- helping others.
