I have lived in Warsaw my entire life. My husband and I are new empty nesters and I’m anxiously awaiting grand babies. Until then, the love of my life is our rescue German Shepherd, Marshall. I have worked in nonprofit my entire adult life and I love the impact it makes. I have been a Big Sister for over 8 years and know firsthand the impact this program has on kids. I can’t wait to grow the program in Kosciusko!
NICOLE PENAR
A lifetime Fort Wayne resident, Nicole played golf and softball at Notre Dame College before graduating from Purdue with a degree in organizational leadership and supervision. She volunteers for many local non-profits, and she and husband Chris have daughter Madeline and son Henry and 2 dogs.
BRIAN WALLACE
I am a graduate of IPFW and have worked at BBBS since 2015. I came to work at BBBS because I wanted to be a part of an organization that is making a difference in the community. I am from New Haven, a father of two and married to my high school sweetheart.
TAHNEA CAYCE
A Fort Wayne native, I learned about BBBS from a neighbor who was a Big Brother. I saw the need for my children to have mentors and enrolled them in the program. Three years ago, I heard the CEO needed an assistant, and I’m still here smiling and loving my job more and more every day.
JACKIE MENARD
I moved to Fort Wayne from Connecticut in 2020 because my fiancé started working here. We love being outdoors, reading and swimming. A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University with a major in communications, I love working for BBBS and being part of an amazing mission.

I began working at BBBS at age 18 as I was inspired to give back to the agency because so much was given to me through the program. My Big showed me the true meaning of love through her constant support and encouragement. For that, I owe the agency as much as I can give.
