BIG FUTURES MATCH SUPPORT SPECIALIST

• Ensure high-level proficiency in applying child safety & risk management knowledge, policies and procedures throughout all aspects of job function.
• Develop and use appropriate materials for each match to successfully guide each individual student toward the goals and objectives of the program.
• Conduct Big Futures Orientations for all matches transitioning into the program or for new matches entering directly into the Big Futures program.

BOOKKEEPER

• Maintain the corporations accounting and fixed assets systems
• Prepare & deliver monthly financial reporting to the organization's Board of Directors and managers
• Work with the Finance Director to coordinate the annual audit and ensure the accurate and timely filings of local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

MATCH ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR - PART TIME

• Implement preplanned match events focused on improving recruitment, strengthening match relationships, and strengthening organizational affiliation with BBBSNEI.
• Facilitate experiences across designated counties and partnerships with other organizations to provide match experiences at a free or low-cost.
